At Attardaan India, every order is checked and packed with care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at attardaanindia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo (an unboxing photo helps). We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return pickup.

Opened or used fragrances

Perfumes, attars, body mists and room fresheners are personal-care products. For hygiene and safety, opened or used items can't be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched — just email us with your order number.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
