Can we have a signature scent that is only ours?

That is one of the things we work through at enquiry stage. Tell us what you have in mind and we will be straight about what a blend of your own would involve in time, volume and cost — and whether something already in our range gets you there faster.

Can you scent a whole lobby, rather than spraying room by room?

Scenting to the volume of a space, rather than to a bottle count, is the first thing we would scope with you — including whether an HVAC-compatible approach suits your building. It is the difference between a lobby that smells consistent all day and one that smells strong for ten minutes after housekeeping passes.

Can the bottles carry our branding?

Branded guest-room sprays and turndown amenities are costed per project. Tell us the quantities and we will come back with what is workable.

What is the minimum order, and what does it cost?

Both depend on the spaces, the diffusion method and your volumes, so we quote per property rather than publish a list. Tell us the brief and we will come back with numbers.

Do you send samples?

Yes, for qualifying enquiries. Testing on site matters — a blend that is beautiful in a sample vial can read very differently in a large air-conditioned space.
